We offer a Return Service Request (RSR) option when you request your trade-in kit, to have all unaccepted items shipped back to you for a $25 fixed fee.
If you decided after you made your kit request to have unaccepted items shipped back, you have up to 5 business days to do so by following the manual return service process outlined below.
1. Email hello@silkroll.com with the subject "Manual Return Service Request ". This will apply only to your most recent trade-in.
2. Once we receive your trade-in, we will email you a payment link to pay the return service fee. Make payment within 48 hours to activate the returns process.
